The Value of Good Schools to Your Property
According to a University of Melbourne paper, properties located within a good public school’s catchment on average are worth 3.6 per cent more than other properties in the area. With a number of great public schools in the area such as, a wide range of public schools, Epping Boys and Cheltenham Girls. This would increase the value the value of your property as well as be more appealing to prospective buyers.
