Recent Sales for January and February '16
The property market has grown in 2016 and we've seen both prices and the number of quality properties coming to market increase. With the auction clearance rate now standing at above 70%, we are coming into Autumn with supply being met by demand.
In January and February this year we had the opportunity to market and sell some fantastic properties including the ones below.
Our agency continues to grow and we have been awarded a finalist in the prestigious Australia Small Business Champion Awards. We were also recognised for the third consecutive year as one of the Top 50 Sales Offices in Australia.
Tracy Yap Realty is the proud sponsor of two local community events this quarter - the Eastwood Lunar New Year Festival and the Harmony Soccer Competition. We hope that you enjoy these events and being a part of the community as much as we do.
