Recent Sales Dec - Jan '17

We have recently had the opportunity to market some great properties across our three offices in Epping, Chatswood and Castle Hill. With the new year, more properties have come on to the market, creating more opportunities for buyers however stock still remains low relative to historical levels.

Last week Saturday the market auction clearance rate was 75% and we had an auction clearance rate of 100% with the following three properties sold.
