Not everyone gets a good experience or perfect experience with agents when they are leasing an apartment/house for the very first time. My first lease was with Miranda . She was very helpful and prompt in terms of helping me out with the issues in relation to the apartment. There were times where she responded outside office hours or when she was on leave which I really appreciate.

Whenever there was an issue with the apartment, she was quick to arrange someone to help within a few days which made my stay more comfortable. She even offered to help me out to find new places for me to move into when I was going to move out. In addition, she willingly asked her colleagues to help me out as well. I do regret not being able to lease another apartment through her but would like to work with her again if I need a house or an apartment to rent/buy.

I thank her for being available 24/7 and looking after the needs of me as a tenant. I would recommend her to other tenants as she will definitely protect your interest.
