Fiona and Jane worked as a team to sell my investment unit. They were helpful with communications to the tenant and when he moved out they provided and supervised contract painters and flooring people to do the refurbishment in record time and for a very reasonable price.

At commencement of the sales process I arranged for a number of realty agencies that specialize in real estate sales in the Epping region to be assessed for their competency. Time was invested in interviewing the agents to ensure that I knew exactly what I would be getting and what sort of service I could expect.
Noting that this sale was likely to be one of the biggest in my life, I wanted an agent who could not only understand what I wanted to achieve, but how I wanted it done. As you know I selected Fiona Lee to act as my agent and I have no regrets. I have been favorably impressed with her abilities, in particular her service ethos, ‘will-do-approach’ and determination to obtain the best outcome for me as possible.
Fiona was selected for her detailed knowledge of Epping and cultural awareness of the target population.
